Luismi manages The Glass Bar.

Despite his youth, he has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and a professional complete profile: he is sumiller (second in his class at the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid) and bartender (first in his class), but he understands like nobody else the relationship between these disciplines and cooking, business management, customer service and teamwork. He is also a consultant and trainer of other business.

In 2016 he was proclaimed champion of the prestigious event World Class, achieving the pass to the national final.

Ingredients: 5 cl Rives Special, 2 cl dry amontillado wine Jerez, 1,5 cl lemon and orange cordial “homemade”, lemon and tonic.

Recipe: Add plenty of ice and frost by using the imperial spoon. Pour the excess of water and add 5 cl of our Rives Special. Add 2 cl dry amontillado and 1.5 cl of our friendly homemade citrus. Shake gently with the mixing spoon and perfume with a twist of lemon and an orange twist. Add tonic, served gently to avoid breaking the bubble and garnish with a twist of orange and lemon.
