Why did you choose to be a cocktail barman ?
It began as a hobby and, by chance, I could begin to work in the food sector.
How was your beginning in this world? Do you remember your first cocktail ?
I have always know it, I wanted to meet expert people in the industry. Being honest, I don’t remember my first cocktail.
An advice to prepare the best #SpanishGinTonic where do you think the key is?
In Spain we are lucky due to fantastic citrics and a good size of ice cubes we have, that is really important if you want to prepare a good gintonic.
